Announcing Curated by Hand’s Annual Christmas Fair

Curated by Hand will offer visitors the unique opportunity to source stunning original presents from handpicked independent designers and makers renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship and design.

Each participant is individually selected to sell their work, resulting in a sale that includes stunning one off and limited-edition pieces whilst supporting independent creative businesses.  Guests can get a head start on their festive shopping with a range of stalls offering stationery, home interiors, textiles, jewellery, knitwear, leather accessories, basketry and more.

The Fair will also raise funds for CAMFED and showcase basketry businesses run by their graduates in Ghana, Zambia and Zimbabwe.   It offers guests an opportunity to support creative entrepreneurs from rural Africa while finding truly special gifts.

Organiser Rosalind Jerram shared that “We love organising Curated By Hand and are delighted to be back in the stunning surroundings of Homerton College, Cambridge University. The fair combines our passion for supporting independent creatives with raising money for girl’s education”

Curated by Hand is one day only on Saturday 14th November from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Great Hall, Homerton College, Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 8PH.  The event is free entry, no tickets are needed and everyone is welcome.
